How do I activate my meter?
After meter installation, your meter is setup by Ikeja Electric, and a 40 digit token generated.
This token should have been shared with you after setup by Ikeja Electric’s customer care.
If you still have not received it, kindly call Ikeja Electric’s customer care line stating your details and lodging your complaint.
Once received, input the 40 digit token on your User Interface Unit (UIU), your UIU will show a tick and your balance will be displayed, your meter is activated.
